Gossman and Associates, Inc. was formed in 1979 to provide residential appraisal services for the Kansas City metropolitan area.
Since that time the company has completed over 50,000 quality appraisals with unmatched turnaround time. We are able to provide superior service and quality for our
clients due to the experience of our appraisers and support staff, and to the implementation of leading edge technologies in our industry.Our appraisal staff consists of appraisers who are certified or licensed in the states of Missouri and Kansas and all are HUD approved for 203K and 203B loans. The appraisers also specialize in individual sections of the Kansas City metropolitan area and therefore have superior knowledge and experience in specific market areas. Gossman and Associates, Inc. has been electronically transmitting appraisals since 1989; digital photos were added in 1994. Additionally, we have incorporated personal communications devices which would enable us to transmit appraisals from the field. Gossman and Associates, Inc. currently provides appraisal services for 100+ clients and our service area includes seven counties in the states of Kansas and Missouri. We provide full URAR Appraisals, Relocation Appraisals, 2nd Mortgage Appraisals, estate, taxes and divorce appraisals, Limited 2055 Appraisals with both interior and exterior inspection, Desk and Field Reviews and our Pre-purchase Appraisal which we developed in 1991. |
