Gossman Consulting LLC is a Kansas City-based residential appraisal firm founded by Donald J. Gossman, owner/president/appraiser. Since 1979 we have completed more than 65,000 appraisals and reviews.

FounderDonald J. Gossman SRA has owned and run independent fee appraisal businesses in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area for many years. He is a qualified and experienced appraiser capable of providing both appraisals, review appraisals and expert witness testimony in court cases.
Donald has served on the Kansas state appraisal board review panel, taught classes and seminars regarding appraisal practices and speaks before organizations such as the Board of Realtors, Government Agencies and at national conferences.
